Before you begin shopping for a new home, it's important to discover what's most important to you about the financing of your home purchase.  We talk about your expectations, your hopes, and any hesitation or fears you may be experiencing.  This helps me help you clarify what type of loan will most benefit you and what monthly payment amount as well as down payment you are comfortable with. 

The next step is to get your loan pre-approved so you can negotiate like an all cash buyer once you find the home you want to call your own.  This can save you thousands of dollars as you edge out other potential buyers who have not taken this simple step.  Sellers tend to more readily accept offers from buyers who already are loan-approved.  And it doesn't cost you a thing!  All you need to do is provide us with income and asset documentation and then we do the rest. 

Now you are ready to go home shopping.  This is when the fun begins.  Imagine how you'll feel when you find the right home - how exciting!  I will be available every step of the way to calculate down payments and monthly payments on any sales price you might be considering to help you make your purchase decision, as well as to answer any questions.

Once you have made an offer and it's been accepted by the Seller, the property needs to be appraised and the title searched.  Then all of the supporting documentation is submitted to the loan underwriter who issues a formal loan approval with any conditions that need to be satisfied before the lender will make the loan.
